Dinner Specials

We are proud to create some of the finest, freshest dinner specials that sometimes branch out beyond traditional Italian.

Some restaurants offer numerous dinner specials, we offer no more than two per evening, and most of the time we only offer one. The reason for this is so we can concentrate our skills into bringing you only the best. We aren’t looking to clean out our freezers as a basis for determining our specials, we are simply putting together dishes that will both satisfy and excite!

mushrooms, proscuitto, mozzarella, and pine nuts
Farfalle Carbonara
Bowtie pasta tossed in a heavy cream sauce with bacon,
mozzarella and roma tomato
Pork Chops Florentine
Twin grilled bone in chops topped with spinach, a quenelle of
tapenade and feta cheese over angel hair
Lamb Osso Bucco
Frenched lamb shanks nestled in mashed potato, served with
asparagus
Chicken with Blue Crab and Sherry Cream Sauce
Two sautéed breasts topped with roma tomatoes smothered in a
sherry cream sauce loaded with lump blue crab meat
Blackened Chicken Penne
Blackened chicken and penne pasta tossed in a garlic cream
sauce with roma tomato, peas and pine nuts
New York Strip with Sautéed Lump Crabmeat in Old Bay Butter
Cut in house from center cut tenderloin, grilled to your liking,
topped with sautéed crab meat in Old Bay butter
Penne with Italian Sausage, Artichoke Hearts, Mozzarella, and Sun Dried Tomato
Penne pasta tossed in a garlic white wine sauce with Italian
sausage, fresh mozzarella, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomato.
